This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Love Your Lifetime ("Company"), Coach Bulmer ("Coach"), and the undersigned client ("Client").

**1. Assumption of Risk By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating in the wellness coaching services provided by the Company, which include but are not limited to personal training, nutrition coaching, MMA instruction, yoga instruction, self-development coaching, time management coaching, goal creation, and other life coaching services ("Services"). The Client understands that participation in these Services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, mental or emotional stress, and other potential risks that may arise from participating in physical activities, following dietary plans, or making lifestyle changes.

**2. Release of Liability In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Services, the Client agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company, Coach, their officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Client, or to any property belonging to the Client, whether caused by the negligence of the Company, Coach, or otherwise, while participating in the Services or while on or upon the premises where the Services are being conducted.

**3. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, Coach, their officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to the Client's participation in the Services, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury or property damage, whether arising from the negligence of the Company, Coach, or otherwise.

**4. Medical Clearance The Client acknowledges that they have been advised to seek the advice of a physician before participating in any physical activities or dietary changes. The Client represents and warrants that they are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent their participation in the Services. The Client agrees to promptly inform the Company and Coach of any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses that may arise during the course of participation in the Services.

**5. No Warranties The Client acknowledges that the Company and Coach make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of the Services. The Client understands that individual results may vary and that the Company and Coach cannot guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in the Services.

**6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your State/Country].

**7. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

**8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
